Director of Business Development Conversion Systems
Job Description:
This position represents a tremendous opportunity for the right candidate who is looking for high growth and above market compensation. This is a full-time position that will entail aggressively pursuing new business for the company. The successful candidate should have the following skills and experience:
BA/BS degree
Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the Internet industry (online advertising, technology solutions, marketing solutions, or other relevant sectors)
An existing rolodex of potential customers
Consistent track record of over achievement
Must have strong competitive drive and tenacity
Possess aggressive and proactive prospecting skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Industry and competitive knowledge that can be leveraged in sales situations as needed
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Qualifying and closing sales opportunities
Conducting outbound sales calls for prospecting purposes
Organizing and conducting innovative campaigns in support of maximizing penetration in designated sales territories
Creating proposals
Receiving and managing inbound solicitations
Strategic planning of business development initiatives
