We are looking for a Director of Business Development who can help us with our aggressive international growth plan. The right candidate needs to have the desired experience and skills, a positive attitude, and outgoing personality to get the job.
In this role you will be responsible for building relationships with movers across the country and helping them develop their profile on Unpakt. You need to be a self-starter with a hunter?s instinct and outstanding sales experience. You have the internal motivation to continuously go after your goals until you achieve them. Reporting to the Executive Director of Business Development, you will be trained and supervised by a very capable and experienced manager.
Job Description:
Cold call moving companies, identify decision makers, and convey value of Unpakt in a compelling way. Your goal is to get movers to join Unpakt.
Effectively manage a pipeline of moving companies via phone calls and emails
Provide insightful mover feedback to our team
Desired Skills & Experience:
7+ years business development and/or sales experience (required)
Comfortable engaging C-level executives
Amazing interpersonal skills to present and discuss our service
Excellent spoken and written English; multiple languages preferred
Proven track record of closing business and forming partnerships
Comfortable with standard software and CRM software
