Director of Business Development - Northeast Region ExteNet Systems
The Director of Business Development is a driven sales executive with a solid track record in sales leadership within the wireless industry, and will have responsibility for the continued development of ExteNet?s business in the Northeast Market. The Director of Business Development is responsible for working with Wireless Service Providers to proactively identify and develop new business opportunities where ExteNet?s distributed networks can be implemented to address capacity and/or coverage challenged areas. The Director of Business Development will lead with ExteNet program management, implementation, operations and regulatory personnel to ensure the ExteNet Team is aligned to meet the overall customer and business objectives.
Have the appropriate interpersonal and communication skills to persuade prospective clients to utilize our solutions, and infrastructure.
Possess the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing with managers and top executives in the market.
Experience with the evaluation, pricing, contracting, design methodology, deployment and operation of distributed networks.
Understand differentiators between technology air protocols, SISO/MIMO configurations, and frequency bands used by licensed & unlicensed wireless service providers (WSPs).
Strong negotiating skills and experience with a track record of successful contract closure.
Be able to differentiate between the ExteNet solution and other competing offerings, highlighting the distinguishing features of both.
Possess the willingness to perform tasks beyond standard goals and objectives.
Effectively lead and prioritize projects to meet deadlines while also highlighting risks and implementing contingency plans to ensure customer expectations are met.
Have the ability to inspire, motivate and understand colleagues? needs to achieve desired outcomes.

Develop and implement a market sales strategy to facilitate continued growth of ExteNet?s business.
Communicate ExteNet?s distributed network service offerings to Wireless Service Provider personnel at all levels.
Identify opportunities to develop, expand or upgrade distributed networks that provide coverage and/or capacity solutions for challenged areas both indoors and outdoors.
Work closely with assigned Sales Engineer to maintain consistent high quality deliverables and documentation on assigned projects
Maintain current status updates in databases and CRM tools utilized by ExteNet.
Provide direction to ExteNet program manager, engineering, implementation, operations and regulatory personnel to ensure that resources are properly aligned to meet customer and business objectives.
Prepare request, review, and submit proposals, network license agreements and other formal responses to the Wireless Service Providers.
At least three years? experience in the wireless industry with a demonstrated record of success.
Preference for an individual who has extensive experience working with Wireless Service Providers in the Telecommunications industry in Northeast Market.
Experience working with Wireless Service Providers selling Distributed Antenna Systems both indoors and outdoors is desirable.
An understanding of wireless technologies from both an RF & Implementation perspective is beneficial in this role.
Travel is expected to be about 50% with majority occurring within the Northeast Market
Reside in the Northeast region of the United States
4 Year University Degree or equivalent work experience
