POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director of Business Systems will be responsible for overseeing and evaluating business systems to drive exceptional customer experience, efficiency and consistency throughout the organization. The Director will manage stakeholder relationships and gather business requirements as new initiatives are identified. Over time, the Director will analyze current business processes and create strategic roadmaps for all relevant systems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (in order to be considered for this position, the individual must be able to perform essential functions listed below):
Oversee and optimize the NaviNet suite of business applications, including but not limited to Salesforce.com, Genius and Provider Data Systems.
Monitor customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
Align Marketing, Sales and Call Center strategic objectives with tools and processes.
Analyze business processes on an ongoing basis, making recommendations to leadership based on findings.
Manage staffing and timelines for project work, reporting progress and milestones to SVP of Operations.
Create and lead business systems support functions for internal NaviNet users.
All other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Hire, train and develop junior staff as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors in related field.
8+ years of experience working within the CRM domain, supporting business technology and process needs.
Strong background in project management, specifically related to CRM.
Experience with two tier sales structures and a background in consulting, highly preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to execute on a tactical level without losing sight of strategic initiatives.
High level of ethics and integrity.
Strong leadership ability, skilled in gaining consensus.
