Responsibilities:
Develop the demand generation strategy for Get Satisfaction that will deliver a quarterly agreed upon pipeline for Get Satisfaction? sales organization.
Take full accountability for pipeline generation for two lines of business ?Enterprise? and ?Small Business? and execute outbound programs, as well as optimize in-bound programs.
Write all content and messaging for each demand gen campaign with crisp and eye catching messaging (email, landing page), compelling offer and follow-up nurture plan.
Partner closely with Director of Marketing Operations to analyze success and ROI of demand generation campaigns through the entire lead to MQL to SQL to Pipe to Close, leveraging Marketo and Salesforce.com as tools and leverage analytics reports to measure the effectiveness of each marketing campaign. Provide weekly reports on these metrics using Salesforce and Marketo analytics.
Write all content and messaging for each demand gen campaign with crisp and eye catching messaging (email, landing page), compelling offer and follow-up nurture plan.
Develop and execute strategy and programs for monetization of free communities to paid plans.
Work closely with director of marketing operations who manages campaigns from Marketo to ensure all lead scoring and nurture programs are constantly monitored and optimized.
Constantly analyze and improve the quality of campaigns, acting on weak areas, optimizing strengths, measuring and controlling ROI based on actual costs and performance results, including assessing campaign effectiveness by channel, offer type, and target segment.
Prepare ROI and break even analyses for all proposed campaigns and initiatives and prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly campaign analysis reports
Negotiate with vendors and manage the marketing campaign budget
Required Skills/Experience:
Excellent writing skills for developing effective and crisp campaign messaging
Experience in coaching Sales development team on campaigns launching each week and the most effective call scripts to follow-up on leads.
Revenue oriented marketer with minimum of 3-5 years experience responsible for demand and pipeline generation.
Strong accountability for generating pipeline and not just leads
Demonstrated leadership to communicate effectiveness of marketing campaigns to senior executives and provide recommendations for pipeline growth
Strong analytical skills and ability to generate dashboards in Salesforce of demand generation effectiveness for review with executive team
Strong track record in working with Salesforce.com SFA module. Familiarity with Inside View and Marketo is a plus.
Some experience in A/B testing
Collaborative cross functional leader that is able to lead other organizations, such as product marketing in developing assets that drive customer acquisition for each product line.
Strong track record in working closely with sales organization to drive pipeline and revenue and align priorities with Sales to help drive revenue.
Bachelor's degree required.
