Director of Channel Sales Power Cloud Systems

seeking a Director of Channel Sales to recruit and cultivate channel partnersto generate
revenue in the rapidly growing networking-as-a-service market. The ideal candidate is a driven
sales leader with a track record of building effective sales teams and channel programs by
creating leads, recruiting and partnering with resellers and managed service providers. This
position currently reports to the CEO and is located in the Palo Alto Area.
PowerCloud isthe leading enabler of the nascent cloud-powered networking-as-a-service
revolution. Our award-winning CloudCommand? services platform with patented technology
powers name-brand networking vendors (OEMs) as part of their SMB solution portfolios while
Enable Networks targets specific verticals leading the way with innovative and emerging
applications. Founded in 2008, PowerCloud is a spinout of the Palo Alto Research Center
(PARC) based in Palo Alto, CA. We are funded for dramatic growth by Qualcomm Ventures,
PARC (a Xerox Company), Walden Venture Capital and Javelin Venture Partners.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with partnersin the networking and service
? Work closely with marketing to ensure successful lead generation campaigns
? Prepare and deliver exceptional presentations and proposals.
? Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
? Track channel program progress and present to executive management.
? Build team and processes capable of supporting rapid growth.
? Proven track record of success in building channel programs for networking solutionsto
system integrators, resellers and managed service providers.
? At least 7-10 years of direct selling and channel experience in a business-to-business
? Familiarity with software as a service vendor models.
? Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
? Experience reporting to high-level executives
? Impeccable attention to detail, ability to prioritize and a ready-for-action attitude.
? Unwavering personal integrity.
? Proven ability to lead, motivate and be creative in a fast-paced, team-oriented,
? Minimum B.S. with a strong academic record and exceptional technical affinity.
