Sunrun is looking for a dynamic, performance-driven oriented leader of its Western sales region.
You have excelled in channel and B2B sales roles at a growth company. You wake up thinking about how to make the number. You love the challenge of creating value for channel partners. You?re ready to take Sunrun?s business in the western region to the next level and to revolutionize how homeowners buy energy.
The Director of Channel Sales owns our sales number growth for the western region, and manages a team of account managers and a diverse network of channel partners. The position is full-time position and is based in San Francisco, CA.
?Set and exceed sales plan for our western region; drive significant growth in support of company?s overall sales plan;
?Regular and accurate forecasting;
?Drive market and partner strategy for western region;
?Maintain great executive relationships with top partners in region;
?Manage team of account managers covering channel partners in region; territory and quota management;
?Develop Sunrun product and company expertise and have a strong knowledge of the residential solar industry.
?Minimum of 10 years of sales and sales leadership experience, preferably in an indirect/channel sales environment;
?Driven, successful sales leader?hits the numbers
?A+ capabilities around team leadership (hiring, driving performance) and driving alignment with and business performance through partner organizations
?Has run a significant business ($100m in bookings)
?High impact member of sales leadership team
?Experience working successfully with C-level executives
?Negotiation and closing of ?high stakes? contracts
?Loves the challenge of disrupting a big industry
