Director of Channels Ramp

The Director of Channels at RAMP, reporting to the General Manager of Enterprise Solutions, will be responsible for developing and managing all of RAMP?s partnerships with 3rd party organizations and will be chartered with driving all indirect business for RAMP. This person will play a critical role in RAMP?s fast growth Enterprise business strategy and will have an opportunity for significant career growth.
The position requires deep working knowledge of the enterprise software and services business and at least 3 years of direct experience developing or working with established enterprise software partner programs. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, strong business and leadership skills, and the ability create and execute on a long-term vision.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage RAMP?s formal partner program(s) covering:
?Co-marketing and referral partners for sales lead generation.
?Re-seller partnerships (partners reselling RAMP) for indirect sales in targeted markets (in coordination with RAMP Marketing and Sales).
?System Integration partners. Partners delivering custom solutions based on RAMP technology.
?OEM partners. Partners embedding RAMP technology into their offerings.
?Technology partners. Partners providing technology that RAMP embeds into its offerings. (in coordination with RAMP Product Development).
??Eco-system? partners (e.g . Microsoft). Partners providing a market in which RAMP can participate via relevant product integrations (e.g. RAMP for Microsoft SharePoint), formal Partner Programs, and established Market Places and ?App Stores?.
?Develop and manage partner incentive programs.
?Develop and execute channel-specific marketing campaigns and collateral (in coordination with RAMP Marketing).
? Provide input to RAMP?s product strategy (in coordination with RAMP Product Development).
Requirements:
?Minimum BA in Business Admin (Masters or MBA preferred).
?5 plus years in the enterprise software industry
? 3 plus years experience with formal enterprise alliance programs at medium to large sized enterprise software companies.
? Practical working knowledge of enterprise software partner programs and processes.
?Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
?Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
