Jamcracker is a recognized software leader in the SaaS space for the On Demand delivery of services. We provide a marketplace and infrastructure software for the selection and delivery of hundreds of ISV services.We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on, seasoned professional capable of clearly articulating a complex technical value proposition to both the business and technology community within an organization.
The primary responsibility of the Director of Client Solutions is to support the direct sales operation in all phases of the pre-sales cycle, including technical qualification, discovery, requirements definition, technical presentation, configuration of custom demonstrations, and the design, implementation and management of onsite proof-of-concept projects.
Required Skills:
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
5 years experience supporting a software sales team in pre-sales.
Knowledge/understanding of Java, XML, J2EE,
Experience with RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MSSQL preferred)
Experience working independently in a small company or start up operation desirable
Additional Desired Skills:
Knowledge of Identity Management, Provisioning and Enterprise Security
Experience with BEA WebLogic, JBoss, IBM Websphere Application Servers a plus
Experience with Apache, Tomcat and Microsoft IIS Web servers a plus
Experience with Web Services, LDAP, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint
Experience on Linux or Solaris, Windows 2003 Server, .NET
Knowledge of the technical challenges involved in delivering web based products and services faced by ASPs, ISPs, MSPs, NSPs, and other service providers is a huge plus
Experience configuring and integrating complex systems
