The Director of Client Strategies is a pivotal role within the Enrollment Management Division of RuffaloCODY. This position is responsible for the development and implementation of best practice strategies for the expanding services and client base. This role will have direct reporting responsibility for Associate Directors of Client Strategy, who act as the lead member of each client team. Collaboration with research and divisional leadership will also help shape product development by remaining outcomes focused. This opportunity has location flexibility (Cedar Rapids, Iowa or remote/home office).
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: (not limited to)
Reports to: Vice President of Operations, Enrollment Management
Supervises: Associate Directors of Client Strategy
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Education, Licenses/Certifications and Work Experience:
Works with colleagues in Creative Services, Information Services, and Client Services to implement systems that measure client results as it is related to individual goals.
Ties our research to our strategic services to in order to provide strategic direction for client campaigns.
Attends and presents at conferences on behalf of RuffaloCODY.
Trains Account Executives on products and services and how our strategies ?solve problems.?
Trains operations team members on recruitment behavior and the college admissions process.
Trains Associate Directors of Client Strategy to track projects and assess outcomes during campaigns.
Responsible for client/RuffaloCODY relationship as it relates to identifying the strategic solution to the client?s challenge.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Licenses/Certifications and Work Experience:
Required:
Bachelor?s degree
Strategic enrollment management experience working on-campus or in a consultative capacity for 8 or more years.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong demonstrated leadership skills
Successful management experience
Strong critical thinking skills
Strong written & oral communication skills
Strong organization skills & attention to detail
Must be willing to travel as needed
Preferred:
Familiarity with CRM technology
