Responsibilities:Participate in hiring, orientation, staffing and development of clinician teams;
Provides direct client support. May serve as a liaison with the client's clinical teams in coordinating member care;
Support implementation of products/services as a subject matter expert and may be responsible for the execution of implementation activities;
Analyze reports summarizing overall operational and financial performance of clinical operations ensuring consistency in service delivery by the entire team to drive contract outcomes;
Manage the quality process and conducting chart audits for metric and quality performance monitoring;
Provide leadership, coaching, guidance, and support focusing on quality services and compliance with company standards;
Continually evaluate performance against objectives for the team, develop strategies and implement initiatives to achieve performance goals;
Maintain compliance with Predilytics' policies, procedures and mission statement; and
Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company.
Job Requirements:
A current RN license in good standing.
Bachelor's Degree
Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills.
Displays high level of emotional intelligence.
High energy/positive attitude/enthusiastic/creative/able to deal with ambiguity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer competencies in a Windows environment essential.
Health plan experience a plus.
