Centrify?s historical focus has been to enable organizations to secure and manage systems and applications within a customer?s on-premise data center that is becoming increasingly more heterogeneous due to a proliferation of Windows, Mac, Linux and UNIX systems. With the shift to cloud-based computing and more mobile form factors, organizations are finding they have to manage and secure this heterogeneous infrastructure that now spans to the pubic cloud. Centrify is securely extending IT control of account provisioning, de-provisioning and activity reporting to applications and services based in the cloud.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for all infrastructure needed to deliver enterprise SaaS applications ? responsible for design, deployment, monitoring, performance, maintenance, change management, support, upgrade, disaster recovery and security of the overall system.
Define, implement and document operational processes and procedures, with periodic review for efficiency and improvement.
Design and implement a security framework covering infrastructure and applications, processes and compliance with appropriate regulations and standards including ISO 27001/27002, SSAE 16/SAS-70 as well as SOX, HIPAA, PCI.
Run and monitor the worldwide infrastructure 24 by 7 year-round serving Fortune 100 enterprise customers ? meeting stringent SLAs of 99.99% availability.
Work with developers to load test and scale Azure services ahead of client application launch.
Be a technical advocate with customers and partners.
Critical Skills:
Previous operations management experience in a SaaS environment, proven track record to maintain minimum 99.9% availability.
Strong familiarity with leading IaaS and PaaS offerings, including those from Microsoft, Amazon, Rackspace, and SalesForce/Heroku.
Demonstrated ability to architect, deploy and manage SaaS supporting infrastructure ? monitoring, alerting, audit, reporting and analytics.
Knowledge in C#, .Net 3.5/4.0, PowerShell & Azure.
Previous experience scaling web infrastructure (including applications and databases) for high volumes of transactional traffic.
Strong understanding of architectures used to scale Internet applications ? both traditional relational database centric solutions as well as noSQL solutions.
General software design, development, analysis and debugging skills.
Strong understanding of service scalability especially in relation to performance, reliability and cost.
Strong cross-discipline communication skills.
Successful experiences working in small, rapidly growing enterprises as well as larger corporations.
Education/Experience:
10+ years hands-on operations experience in a SaaS/PaaS/IaaS environment, with minimum 3 years leading an operations team.
4 Years College Education or equivalent work experience.
