Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Director of Corporate Marketing to be a key member of the Circadence Marketing Team. You will work directly with our field and channel marketing team and be the point of contact for our outside marketing and communications partners. Importantly, you will plan and execute high-quality integrated marketing programs. A strong knowledge of the software and/or networking market is helpful. The Director of Corporate Marketing will be both a strategic brand program leader and an effective project manager, leading our corporate marketing efforts across the full spectrum of the next generation of marketing tactics, including web, digital marketing, public relations, paid search and social media, branding for large international conferences, as well as other classical brand management tools.
As the Director of Corporate Marketing, you will provide active leadership in developing the visibility of the Circadence brand. This will include planning and deploying innovative integrated programs that align to corporate priorities. There is no geographic requirement for this position; however location in our Boulder or Littleton, Colorado offices would be preferred. We offer a competitive salary, bonus opportunity and a full suite of benefits. Travel is required as necessary.
Specific Qualifications and Responsibilities include:
Lead the development and effective execution of end-to-end corporate marketing programs that support business priorities and goals;
Proactively work with cross-functional/cross-organizational teams in order to manage marketing initiatives and objectives effectively and efficiently. This includes executive management, field/channel marketing and sales.
Champion corporate messaging, positioning and strategic plans in a consistent brand platform;
Manage Marketing Communications activities and support collateral generation requests from other marketing departments including, but not limited to, event invitations, customer facing and partner facing documents, email campaigns, on demand presentations, etc.
Spearhead database management and pull lists for field and channel activities.
Marketing automation management Marketo experience preferred, but not required.
Manage website development/management and graphic needs.
Lead PR activities with third party vendor that are consistent with the overall marketing strategy.
Program measurement and analysis to be able to report on program efficiencies, effectiveness and ROI.
Develop and manage partner marketing initiatives in support of corporate marketing strategies.
Additional Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
At least 5 years of proven integrated marketing communications experience with specific experience in developing brand programs that have delivered results and help achieve business goals.
Demonstrated success in creating, executing and measuring robust marketing programs.
Creativity and passion for developing innovative marketing programs.
Proven skills in working with third-party agencies previous agency and/or media experience a plus.
Must bring passion and energy to the position and be a true marketing champion.
Experience with and understanding of business-to-business marketing.
Deep understanding of web capabilities, including social media, paid and organic search.
Experience managing complex projects and keeping them on schedule and budget.
