Reply! Inc., the leading online marketplace for locally-targeted advertising, seeks to hire a brilliant Director of Corporate Marketing. This person will will have responsibility for developing and implementing the company's outbound marketing strategy integrating all marketing channels (blogs, events, and speaking opportunities, PR) to drive Reply! Inc. awareness with merchants, consumers and industry experts.

Responsibilities:

Develop a comprehensive PR strategy (including both consumer and corporate PR) to increase brand awareness
Create and execute multi-channel communication plans targeting relevant media, partner, and customer audiences
Build and motivate a high-performance corporate marketing team
Develop and track metrics to manage and improve the effectiveness of marketing efforts
Collaborate with product management and product marketing to ensure that new products are developed in a way that resonates with our customers and key influences.


Qualifications:

BA/BS degree preferred with 7 + years of web marketing and communications experience.
Experience using social media (facebook, etc.) to drive exposure through new marketing channels
Analytically focused and metrics driven approach to building brand awareness
Flexibility and willingness to work on a variety of projects and multi-task.
Ability to work cross-functionally.
Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience working with small business merchants highly desirable
