Alert Logic is looking for a highly motivated, positive and experienced Director of Customer Enablement Solutions to lead a newly created team to advance the customer experience through Alert Logic products training and mentoring. Reporting to the Vice President of Customer Success, the Director will build the technology framework, create the training materials, managed the delivery teams and deliver continued education to both our external clients and partner organizations. Measurement of the success will leverage results from customer input from Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
Create the newly developed Computer Based Training (CBT), Interactive CBT's, Virtual Training, and Live Training program curriculum for Alert Logic customers on Alert Logic solutions
Ensure successful design of full-scale curriculum design, train-the-trainer programs, partner certification training and level-based certification programs
Design blended training, eLearning, Instructor-led Alert Logic and customized client on-site or virtual training programs
Established an eLearning course framework to cost-effectively meet customer training needs.
Lead and collaborate with Managed Services, Technical Leads, Product Software Engineers, and Product Specialists to glean technical training information to develop course curriculum.
Set clear, achievable goals and put the necessary metrics and milestones in place to monitor and ensure progress and customer satisfaction
Hire the best and brightest trainers that demand drive customer loyalty
Partner and liaison with the Sales and Account Management team
Ensure performance metrics are operating at a standard of excellence
Develop a training "path to success" for partners
Post training, distribute customer evaluations leveraging Net Promoter Scores (NPS) to glean feedback against training delivered, identify issues and provide solutions to correct customer challenges
Strong customer service skills
Executive level presentation experience
Minimum of 5-10 years' end to end experience in delivering training to business solutions, with roles of increasing responsibility and leadership
Hands-on experience and solid track record of developing and leading teams, with success in coaching and mentoring of staff
Must have consensus building skills and a true team orientation
Proven success in coordination of multiple projects, managing resources against dates, and operating in a start-up fast paced organization
Firm grasp of network security concepts
Strong familiarity and knowledge of networking concepts
College degree in relevant area of study
