Our product is a cloud-based staff scheduling and shift management software solution, designed for long-term care and senior living. This role involves managing a portfolio of customers to assure their success with OnShift's labor management and communication application. The CSM must work with the customer to understand their business objectives and share best practices.
Profile of a successful candidate:
5+ exp in managing and developing a team of customer success managers within a SaaS industry
Ability to strategically expand new opportunities within existing accounts, consultative selling skills
Superior customer facing skills and ability to establish C level relationships
Extremely organized with the capacity to travel in addition to managing a team
Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment
Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
Solid technology aptitude
Up to 50% travel
