Director of Customer Success Xamarin

Your job will be to create and lead a brand-new Customer Success Team at Xamarin. The Customer Success team will be responsible for new customer onboarding, customer expansion, and renewal of customer subscriptions. This is a quota-bearing position with a lot of responsibility and room for professional growth.
We believe that Xamarin will be successful if our customers are successful building great mobile apps. Your job is to make sure that happens. This new Customer Success team is critical to the future of Xamarin, and we are looking for a talented, metrics-driven, dynamic leader to create and lead the team.
The role of this newly created position is to ensure successful customers, drive conversion, boost renewals and glean strategic insights that improve our product value. This is an exciting opportunity to unequivocally influence our customers? - and Xamarin?s - success.
This is a challenging role that requires exceptional customer relationships, team building, analytical skills and a motivational style. The right candidate is truly passionate about customer advocacy and has a proven track record to talk about!
Define the Customer Success function and recruit a team to increase customer loyalty, commitment, and excitement.
Coordinate and optimize customer onboarding to ensure success, expansion and renewal.
Full responsibility for expansion and renewal quota.
Hire, train, and manage the Customer Success Management and Renewal team members, build quotas and territories, and achieve monthly or quarterly goals.
Apply best practices to how we track, manage, analyze and foster customer success, expansion and renewal.
Devise metrics and a methodology to monitor and improve renewal rates.
Ensure customer feedback is clearly captured and conveyed internally to enable ongoing improvement of Xamarin products.
Foster a company-wide environment of high customer intimacy and collaboration on behalf of customers.
Integrate Customer Support activity into a coherent customer success approach with the singular focus of delivering the very best customer experience.
Own and be measured on the metrics of conversion, expansion and renewal.
What We're Looking For:
Experience selling and/or supporting technical products to technical buyers in a SaaS/subscription model.
Minimum 2 years leadership experience overseeing an inside sales, support or customer success team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Highly refined interpersonal skills.
Dashboard-driven management approach to monitoring thousands of accounts to deliver the right touch at the right time.
Demonstrated ability to drive customer success, expansion and renewal.
Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire people as well as a strong ability to operate strategically.
Metrics and algorithm driven management approach to predict and maximize customer adoption, retention, upsell, lifetime value, and other success metrics.
History of implementing and using automation tools to measure customer health and track accounts success levels specifically in small and medium business (SMB).
Experience selling to developers preferred.
