You will be responsible for preserving the Infusionsoft culture and the culture of the Demand Generation team.
Establishing a high-level vision and strategy for or for all top-of-funnel demand generation.
Discovering and scaling new customer acquisition channels so that we can confidently increase our marketing investments.
Organizing and executing paid online advertising programs, such as PPC, social advertising, email, retargeting, banner networks, etc.
Organizing and executing paid traditional advertising programs, such as radio, direct mail, television, telemarketing, etc.
Organizing and executing organic/inbound marketing programs such as SEO, social, content marketing, etc.
Driving high-quality website traffic that converts into leads.
Developing and managing to a customer acquisition budget
Communicating the vision and progress to employees and company leaders
Building and grooming future leaders of Infusionsoft.
Preserving and advancing the culture of Infusionsoft.
Actively participating in director-level initiatives that drive the overall company strategy.
Small business passion and experience

Knowledge and experience with traditional advertising channels.
Intuitive understanding of, and familiarity with, emerging marketing strategies.
Successful track record in lead generation and lead qualification.
3+ years of marketing leadership.
Independent, autonomous thinker who thrives in an environment of ambiguity.
Direct-response marketing experience and passion
Experience marketing and building a national brand
Ability to both drive high-level strategy and ensure quality with specific marketing tactics and campaigns
Experience managing a multi-million dollar advertising budget
Deep experience selling to small businesses.
A rich network of marketing connections (vendors, providers, agencies, etc.)
Follow-up and Marketing Automation experience.
Small business software experience.
Lifecycle Marketing knowledge and expertise.
Stellar presentation skills (live presentations, webinars, etc.)
