In this role, you will be responsible for building, directing and operating a demand generation engine that drives all phases of the marketing and sales cycle. We?re looking for a modern marketing leader with a track record of managing a scalable and repeatable demand gen engine to drive predictable revenue.
As a member of a fast-growing, global company, and rapidly expanding marketing team, you will work both independently and collaboratively with sales and product departments. This position will report directly to the VP of Marketing.
Own all aspects of generating high quality marketing-driven pipeline for enterprise & mid-market customers in North America
Build your weekly, monthly and quarterly demand generation business plan in order to meet the top line growth goals
Build and operate a measurable, repeatable, automated process that fuels your demand generation, lead qualification and lead nurturing engine
Determine and drive the most optimal mix of inbound and outbound programs including, but not limited to, email marketing, retargeting, webinars, SEO/SEM, content syndication, social targeting and more
Implement and constantly improve lead nurturing/drip programs to move prospects through the marketing and sales pipeline
Understand the different target audiences and best-reach methods to maximize effectiveness
Analyze all stages of the demand creation process to identify areas of improvement
Track and refine campaign performance by measuring business results including lead flow, conversion rates, cost/lead, LTV, etc.
Work closely with sales teams, especially Inside Sales. You are both a partner and a driver of the business
8+ years of B2B lead generation experience, preferably at a SaaS company
Track record of envisioning and managing all inbound marketing programs (SEO/SEM, email, content marketing, retargeting, social, etc.)
The passion and proven drive to continually deliver qualified leads that help us exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced, high growth company
Strong strategic thinking, tying lead generation activities to overall go-to-market strategy
Very strong quantitative and analytical skills; Excel modeling and statistical analysis a plus
Ability to make decisions and implement marketing strategies based on data and performance indicators
Strong knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation software; Pardot a plus
Startup DNA: Highly collaborative, self-starter, check the ego at the door, always interested in learning and innovating, unafraid to take action
Ad technology experience a big plus
