Director of Demand Generation Visible Technologies
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Visible Technologies Director of Demand Generation will help grow the Company?s opportunity pipeline and related revenue using innovative demand generation programs creating a steady and predictable flow of qualified leads for the sales organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, he/she will lead the demand generation marketing specialty and employ direct marketing, online marketing, webinars, social media and relationship marketing tactics in the creation of integrated marketing campaigns and programs supporting acquisition and retention goals. Working with the Visible product management, product marketing and sales teams, he/she will create an accountable, measured and optimized pipeline-generating machine with the ability to scale as the Company accelerates growth.
Plan, execute and measure demand generation campaigns supporting product releases and services working in close coordination with the product management and product marketing teams.
Plan, execute and measure lead-nurturing and vertical industry ?micro campaigns? working in close coordination with the sales team.
Develop and refine lead-scoring and lead-qualification processes, acquire and evaluate contact lists for new customer prospecting.
Resource and manage social media, including mining and responding to leads from Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, blogs and forums.
Work with the sales operations team to develop a pipeline planning process forecasting demand generation pipeline contribution, results and investment.
Design and deploy a ?Demand Generation Dashboard:? Build and maintain a metrics-based results tracking system to assess progress against goals and inform tactic mix and investment decisions.
Evaluate and deploy online lead-generation programs such as Google AdWords, social media and manage SEO for the corporate website.
Deploy and manage the Company?s campaign automation platform, including coordination and integration with the Company?s CRM platform.
Leverage regular tracking of demand generation performance to develop annual spending recommendations and continually tune campaign activity to maximize ROI over time.
10+ years of previous experience in direct marketing, relationship marketing, online marketing and social media. Experience in database analytics and/or financial analysis is beneficial but not required.
Experience using a marketing automation platform (Eloqua, Marketo, SilverPop, ExactTarget, etc.) and familiarity with the Salesforce.com CRM platform.
Experience working with business owners in driving data and reporting requirements with a clear understanding of how to generate meaningful results and performance manage.
Ability to thrive in a hands-on, autonomous, fast-paced work environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to approach problems from a business perspective.
Clear communication of recommendations and effective expectation setting.
