Director of Demand Generation New Brand Analytics

The Director of Demand Generation drives our lead generation strategy and execution in support of revenue objectives across both our enterprise and mid-market sales teams. You will be an integral member of the marketing leadership team, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer. This is a high-impact, highly visible role responsible for both inbound and outbound lead generation, including responsibility for lead database growth, lead nurturing campaigns, marketing automation, SEO, PPC advertising, and integrated programs with the sales teams.
Lead overall demand generation planning efforts, including the overall strategy across channels, producing new and nurtured lead generation goals and forecasts, defining priorities, and measuring overall results against plans.
Manage the drive for high quality leads by working directly and with third parties to grow and maintain our lead database including delivering leads from social, web, blogs and landing pages.
Manage the companies marketing automation/lead management application (currently Marketo) and it?s integration with Salesforce.
Own the entire lead lifecycle including defining and managing marketing process from lead to marketing qualified lead and sales process from MQL to opportunity.
Plan and define multiple marketing programs including integrated campaign management: database and email marketing, webinars, seminars, search engine optimization, paid keyword marketing, social, online programs, and others.
Champion completion of campaign assets from internal and external resources including free lance resources
Monitor and analyze performance overall against lead targets and other marketing goals and make continual recommendations for increasing conversion rates and reducing time from lead to opportunity
Communicate with marketing, senior leadership, and sales management on an ongoing basis regarding new and nurtured lead performance results, current incentives, and course corrections.
Continually assess campaign and program performance, determine why programs succeed or fail, and identify new optimization tests, growth opportunities, and recommend investment areas.
Day-to-day management of demand generation budget.
Coordinating and communicating with cross-functional marketing teams as appropriate to ensure that deliverables are executed and best practices are shared across various teams.
The Ideal Candidate:
BA/BS in marketing, marketing analytics or related area required
5+ years of demonstrated leadership in marketing programs / demand generation / lead generation / Web marketing / marketing automation / content marketing for a B2B software or technology company, with a proven ability to deliver consistently strong, measurable results.
Strong experience and expertise in digital marketing, including email, lead database management, search marketing (PPC), social media, online advertising, and more
Must have strong analytical and quantitative skills combined with an interest and skill in analyzing data and interpreting and translating its meaning to produce actionable changes that drive optimized results and decrease cost of acquisition (CAC).
Strong leadership skills, proven ability to drive change and results through influential leadership skills.
Strong interpersonal and team building capabilities
Critical to have hands-on experience using CRM systems and marketing automation (Marketo strongly preferred)
Team player able to work collaboratively across the organization ? sales, product, finance, marketing? to accomplish objectives.
Highly proficient in project management
Flexible and adaptive to constant change. Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
