Director of Development, Franchise Sales FranSmart
Fransmart is looking for a motivated, results-driven sales professional with a proven ability to achieve revenue goals to represent one or more brands from the Fransmart portfolio.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify new prospects through incoming leads and proactive outbound cold calling
Work a significant flow of incoming leads provided to you on a daily basis
Contract negotiation
Real Estate analysis
Coordinate and conduct sales meetings
Overnight travel required, minimum 4 nights a month

Requirements:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent certification
Minimum of 1 year proven inside/outside sales experience
Proof of quota attainment and sales ranking
Experience selling complex, high-dollar volume solutions.
