Director of Digital Marketing
The Director of Digital Marketing, a member of the global Marketing team at TradeCard, will be responsible for developing and managing TradeCard's online presence (e.g., websites, microsites and other assets) to support and augment marketing campaigns that are planned and executed across multiple geographies worldwide. Your digital marketing knowledge and experience, combined with your web online design skills, will help TradeCard influence and fully engage with our target markets - senior financial, operations, supply chain, logistics and IT professionals at mid-sized and large enterprises worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Define and manage the creative, operational and technical aspects of TradeCard's worldwide online presence, including design, development, integration and maintenance;
Develop and evolve an ecosystem of web assets (e.g., websites, microsites and other assets) that create brand awareness and drive measurable sales pipeline activity across multiple geographies worldwide, including North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific;
Design and implement web landing pages, emails, and other web assets to support marketing campaigns in target markets worldwide;
Plan and execute search engine optimization efforts, track progress of results, optimize existing capabilities and develop new opportunities for driving search traffic;
Integrate paid and natural search initiatives with TradeCard's web assets;
Integrate CRM system (Salesforce) with TradeCard's web assets to deliver a seamless web-to-lead process;
Integrate social media programs and capabilities with TradeCard's web assets to extend our ability to engage with target audiences;
Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of online campaigns/programs. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns to optimize results;
Maintain and apply working knowledge of the latest web marketing trends, technology and practices.
Reports to: SVP, Global Marketing
Work location: Lower Manhattan - Wall Street District
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree in marketing, Web design or business preferred.
Must have a minimum of 8 years of work experience in Web design/development and Digital Marketing, and a minimum of 12 years of cumulative professional experience.
Proficient with web content management systems (CMS)
Proficient with Salesforce (CRM system) and MS Office Suite
Proficient with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
Working knowledge of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
Written and verbal communication skills meet the highest business standards
Able to successfully manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects
Mature, self-starter, determined, entrepreneurial spirit, capable of working independently
Completes tasks and follow-up activities, consistently meets deadlines and strives to exceed expectations with minimal supervision
Attention to detail, takes pride in work and aspires to maintain continual personal and professional growth
