Create and execute the digital marketing plan for lead generation and promotions. Develop marketing strategy and roadmap to drive leads and demand via digital channels. Create the plan and requirements for re-architecture of our web site Servicesource.com, and manage associated external creative and web development vendors. Create, run, and optimize all online marketing programs to generate leads and demand, including email, web, SEO/SEM, and online advertising. Collaborate on social media strategy and influence content, with an emphasis on video to market our products. Create, execute, monitor and refine ServiceSource?s social media presence. Analyze outcomes in order to drive constant improvement, including setting up web analytics, survey tools, and consumer / market research programs. Measure and analyze effectiveness and financial ROI of marketing programs using Salesforce.com, Eloqua, and Google Analytics tools. Push for constant improvement in online/ digital marketing and employ cutting edge strategies. Utilize analytical skills to identify right metrics, put the right infrastructure in place to capture them and refine and improve ServiceSource?s digital marketing presence.
