Director of Digital Media MOO, Inc.
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Director of Digital Media for North America will oversee MOO?s digital media strategy across all channels, managing a small team and external agency partners. This position is responsible for driving MOO's revenue goals and new customer growth across digital channels for the US and Canada. We are looking for an online expert that loves to optimize current marketing programs, in addition to evaluating ongoing tests and piloting new areas of opportunity.
Digital/Media Strategy: Develop and cultivate an overarching digital media strategy for MOO that delivers on our new customer goals while protecting the MOO brand.
Digital/New Media Focus: Be on the forefront of exploring new technologies and media platforms, and the development of strategies to drive online traffic (online display, paid search, SEO, social ads, etc.)
Attribution: You will work with internal and external partners to evolve MOO?s media attribution model.
Identifiy site enhancements to maximize conversation rates and growth of the digital channel; develop measurement and learning plan across all platforms.
Collaboration: Partner with the UK team at MOO headquarters, aligning on best practices and learning from each other?s experiences.
Leadership: Attract, motivate and retain talented teammates and media partners that can deliver results.
Minimum of 5-7 years experience managing digital media campaigns; Experience with other offline media is preferred.
Some agency experience is preferred.
Experience managing a marketing budget independently.
Experience managing a small team; proven ability to direct and develop others.
Thorough understanding of web metrics and digital analytics; you?ve managed SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing and Affiliate programs.
Proven ability to integrate and manage digital campaigns across social media, search and offline efforts.
Strong experience creating and implementing innovative marketing programs including developing a variety of digital tactics (ex: podcasts, video, rich media, campaign landing pages and mobile applications).
Experience in fast-moving, dynamic environments with changing priorities and aggressive deadlines.
Need to be a roll-up-your-sleeves, process-oriented individual with exceptional execution skills.
You will have a strong analytics mindset that?s always thirsty for data.
Strong communication, relationship and presentation skills.
Excellent project management skills; ability to multi-task and effectively resolve conflicting needs.
BA/BS in Marketing or a related course of study preferred.
