Working from our corporate headquarters in New York City and new dynamic warehouse location in Shepherdsville, Kentucky the Operations team works in conjunction with Marketing, Merchandising, and Engineering to ensure that the customer receives a first-rate experience shopping on our site. The Distribution Site Leader will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational processes in the Shepherdsville Distribution Center. In partnership with the VP, Operations and the Operations Team he/she will develop and execute strategies to support aggressive growth plans and deliver a superior customer experience. The successful candidate will achieve results by designing, improving and implementing operational processes and systems to improve company performance, resolve issues swiftly, and allocating resources as needed to drive results and meet changing priorities. Establishing Gilt Groupe as an employer of choice including creating and maintaining a positive work environment for employees is a key success factor in this role.
