Launched in November 2011, Retrofit is the data-driven weight loss program. Our obsession is successful outcomes. Retrofit is an internet based weight loss program with a mission to deliver the best long-term weight loss outcomes for our clients. The company's core offering is a fully customized year-long program designed to help clients lose 10-15% of their entry weight and keep it off for the year. The program will arm participants with wi-fi tracking devices, a multi-disciplinary expert wellness team, and practical strategies for how to lose weight healthfully. It is a data driven weight loss program designed by an Advisory Board of nationally recognized experts in the field of weight loss and validated by hands on clinicians working with clients everyday. The Retrofit program brings the best of science to building better food, exercise, and behavior patterns.
We have an open position responsible for driving client participation and engagement (sell-through) of the Retrofit products to consumers within a B2B organization. We are looking for an engaging, energetic people- person who knows how to build relationships and drive marketing communication strategy. Specific skills we hope you'll possess:
Strong communication skills and ability to work with a remote team
Technically savvy and intellectually curious
Willingness to learn a new environment and tools
Impeccable follow-up and attention to detail
Ability to get creative and think outside the box to find new ways to communicate through an employer organization
Ability to build real relationships and trust with our employer partners
Uncanny ability to know the fine line between effective and consistent communication and just irritating people
Ability to create reliable processes and systems for employer engagement team
Ability to detect and determine why a client is presenting resistance or an objection, and the ability to navigate around it
Ability to manage up and work with all departments including sales, marketing and operations
Keen ear for understanding feedback and listening to what's working and what's not; and then communicating that information to the rest of the team
There is a large amount of variety in the work we do. Here are some of the things you will be responsible for right out of the gate:
Building relationships with employer partners and following up with them on a regular basis
Finding new and creative ways and reasons to reach out and stay on the employer's radar
Managing the 12 month marketing calendars for all employers. Preparing and personalizing the marketing documents, communications and all company branded assets
Driving, building and recommending the marketing assets needed within each unique organization so that marketing can create
Launching new Retrofit campaigns; hosting employer kickoff calls, presenting information sessions (in person and video conference)
Finding clients who love us and getting them to work as testimonials within their employer
Reviewing client outcome reports, assessing, analyzing, summarizing and communicating the results to the employers
Customize company landing pages, review and analyze the results to understand penetration
Utilize CRM system (Nutshell) and document diligently all communication with employers
Expanding the relationship, recognizing additional sales opportunity and encouraging the benefits of subsidy payments
