Director of Engineering - Mobile Development (SDKs) Flurry

Flurry is looking for a talented Director of Engineering to lead development of our mobile application SDKs in our San Francisco office. Flurry?s SDKs for iOS, Android, Windows Phone, etc. are in use by over 70,000 companies and 200,000 apps that are used by over 600 million users every month. You will own all aspects of SDK development including architecture, implementation and the SDK development process. Since we?re a startup, you?ll be working closely with a small but growing team in a fun and exciting environment.Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of engineering team of 5+ engineers
Perform design and code reviews
Integrate with the planning and execution of the product development and release schedules.
Design, scope, implement, and test new features end-to-end both independently and with other team members.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and performance tune production systems as necessary.
Write unit-tested and maintainable code.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field; Master's a plus.
2+ years experience as an engineering manager or development team lead
Experience with mobile application development including iOS and Android
Proven track record of completing projects on time.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong troubleshooting, unit-testing, and performance tuning skills.
Excellent communication skills in a team-oriented workplace.
