Vocus, Inc. is seeking a Director of Enterprise Applications for our ERP/CRM solution, located in our Beltsville, MD office. This is a new initiative and a new position for our company. This position will act as the application expert for Finance, Sales, and Marketing efforts within the organization. This individual will have the responsibility of establishing requirements, leading, developing and growing the product line for the organization and ongoing maintenance.Qualifications and Requirements
Have a working knowledge of SaaS based business software systems (ERP /? CRM) and an understanding of operational processes and requirements in the ERP world
Project management experience in utilizing appropriate tools and resources to document processes, timelines and responsibilities.? Solid communication skills with good follow-up and follow-through on assigned tasks and responsibilities to timeline.?
Strong understanding of the NetSuite product including technical experience in understanding the product NetSuite framework and requirements.
Experience as a project lead managing consultants
Experience with Salesforce.com to NetSuite integration
Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels
Experience and Education Requirements
Minimum of Two (2) plus year experience as an Implementation Consultant handling at least 3-5 ERP implementations, which include but are not limited to, setup, configuration and, customization of the application
Accounting knowledge and experience preferred.
Experience with project scoping, planning, requirements gathering, business process mapping and end-to-end process experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Two (2) to four (4) years college education preferred.
