The Role
Jigsaw is looking for a Director of Enterprise Product Management responsible for taking our enterprise products to the next level. Jigsaw is a community-built business directory a platform enabling wiki-like collaboration on the world's most valuable business data.
As Jigsaw's Director of Enterprise Product Management:
- You will be responsible for driving the strategy and specifications for Jigsaw's enterprise products, including our award-winning Jigsaw Data Fusion product, and our growing collection of APIs.
- You will work closely with our Sales, Support, Marketing and Business Development organizations to ensure that we are building the right enterprise products at the right time, and to ensure that we have effective roadmaps in place to help us achieve our vision and financial goals in the enterprise space.
- You will work with our Engineering team to ensure that our products are built on time according to specification.
- You will work with our customers and partners to understand their needs and will craft product strategies that define new and unique ways to utilize our core data asset within enterprises.
- Ultimately, you will be responsible for growing a team of enterprise product managers, as our business grows.
- You will report directly to Jigsaw's Vice President of Product
- You will be based at Jigsaw's headquarters in San Mateo, CA.
Ideal Qualities, Skills, Experience and Education
- 5 to 10 years of Enterprise Product Management experience.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams.
- Strong analytical ability and experience with CRM systems and APIs.
- Extensive experience writing detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and communicating them effectively and efficiently to other stakeholders in the company.
- Highly metrics driven define clear quantitative objectives and persistently measure product performance against those objectives.
- Strong organization and project management skills required to juggle multiple projects at a time.
- A bias for speed tempered by an insistence on process.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical field required; Masters degree a plus.
