Track market trends and competitive landscape to design go-to-market strategies for NICE?s enterprise portfolio.
Plan and executed go-to-market campaigns and sales tools including: sales tool kit, competitive analysis, and customer success stories
Align corporate messaging and strategy with regional marketing plan
Develop and execute demand generation campaigns, develop measurements and tracking methodologies
Build relationships and develop go-to-market strategy with the sales leadership team as well as with potential partners
Build tailored offerings for key accounts
Drive feedback back to the product house to impact future roadmap
Requirements
Extensive understanding of the contact center and customer service market space including current trends and competitive dynamics
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to understand and communicate the needs of major accounts to develop business driven technology solutions
Skilled in the development & delivery of executive level presentations at Industry events
Ability to plan, manage and produce sales & marketing events for a variety audience including sales teams, partners & customers
Experienced with training and supporting the sales teams
Knowledge of NICE enterprise portfolio ? an advantage
Education
MBA is a MUST
