Satmetrix, the developers of the industry standard Net Promoter Score and Social NPS, are transforming the way companies worldwide measure the customer experience through direct feedback and social media channels.
The Director of Field Marketing is responsible for the strategy development and execution of outbound lead generation and lead nurture programs in support of Satmetrix Customer Experience Management (CEM) Cloud-based software products. The individual is responsible for generating leads and revenue through strategic online and offline campaigns. This position will work closely with our Account Executives, Business Development, Corporate and Product Marketing teams in the development of the company?s overall customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Job Description
Develop, execute and monitor strategic lead generation and lead nurture campaigns
Research and present recommendations for marketing programs
Manage marketing agencies
Manage US field marketing calendar and budget
Use marketing automation system to build, send, and manage email programs
Develop and manage campaign matrixes by product line/segment
Track and analyze key lead generation metrics to report on campaign effectiveness and ROI
Perform campaign testing and modify tactics to improve results
Work with Account Executive and Business Development teams to track and manage lead flow and increase conversion rates at each stage of marketing and sales engagement
Stay abreast of trends and best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
This position requires an individual who has experience working in the software industry, with at least 10 years marketing experience with a cloud software company. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and a natural leader. There will be occasional travel required within the US and to the UK and Europe.
Demonstrated track record of delivering successful lead generation and lead nurture programs with a cloud software company
Clear understanding of ROI analysis and reporting
Strong project management and planning skills to manage multiple projects with multiple vendors simultaneously for seamless execution
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge and experience with both Salesforce.com and Marketo
Passion for creating high-quality materials and outstanding results
Strong PowerPoint skills
Willing to work in a hands-on, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Marketing background gained in a software company
Interpersonal and communication skills necessary to communicate effectively with the Satmetrix executive team.
4-year degree (BA/BS) or equivalent. MBA preferred
