Director of Financial Planning & Analysis Mindbody
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED As Director of FP&A you will be responsible for scaling and managing the finance team to drive budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, key metrics reporting, deal support, strategic support and special projects. The Director of FP&A will be a highly visible leader and will work closely with the Corporate Controller and CFO to drive financial strategy and execution.
Build, direct and oversee all financial planning and analysis activities including sales & revenue modeling, budgeting, forecasting, key metrics reporting and analysis.
Drive the financial plan. Identify and monitor key financial & operating metrics, business risks and opportunities associated with the plan.
Produce both long and short term operating plans, ensuring strong linkage between the operating plan, short term tactics and long term strategy.
Provide financial modeling for new business development, pricing, cost saving projects, vendor evaluation, and competitive analyses. Provide actionable analysis and information.
Work closely with the data team, product management and sales operations to track and analyze key trends related to customer behavior.
Work with the CFO and Controller in developing appropriate financial action plans and updates for various groups, including CEO, investors and senior management.
Analyze comparative company metrics and prepare benchmark analysis
Assist in the due diligence process for the identification, valuation and integration of potential acquisitions.
Bachelor?s degree required; an MBA is a plus. Business, Economics, Math or Engineering undergrad majors preferred.
10 plus years of progressive financial experience in a professional organization. 5+ years of management experience.
Experience working in a SAAS or software company is strongly desired.
Experience working in high-growth company or division, working closely with the sales team and operating managers.
Experience working with Wall Street analyst models.
Experience working with international operations a strong plus.
Track record of prioritizing and managing multiple projects and priorities.
Demonstrated ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, solve problems, draw valid conclusions and make actionable recommendations in a timely and accurate manner.
Strong financial systems skills a must.
Advanced Excel and experience with Office Suite.

SCOPE OF SUPERVISION/AUTHORITY:
This position is a management professional position. Responsibilities and decision making duties are performed with minimal supervision from the Functional Manager. Decisions regarding changes in company policy or procedure must be deferred to supervisor, although recommendations may be made.
