SUMMARY:Oversee front office training, policy and procedure implementation for all companywide locationsManage the Transitional Operating Planning System teamPerform in a senior management team leadership role.
Participate in strategic planning activities and translate strategic decisions into front office operational plans
Participate in monthly senior management team meetings
Participate in quarterly onboarding orientation for new front office employees
Manage all aspects of Transitional Operating Planning System (TOPS)
Oversee training of front desk staff in policies, procedures and computer programs for all companywide locations
Assess training progress and report to Facility Directors and Regional Directors
Assist Facility Directors and Patient Coordinators with front office employee issues, such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Monitor each clinic?s performance metrics and formulate a plan of action for improvement as necessary
Monitor and distribute front office metrics for each clinic to the Regional Directors with recommendations for improvement as necessary
Work with Central Billing Office to monitor each clinic?s financial metrics including co-pay collection, authorizations, registration errors, etc.
Work closely with Central Billing Office and the Patient Coordinators to implement protocols and policy/procedures to increase the performance of the front desk
Ensure compliance with all front office operational procedures
Participate as a member of the Patient Experience Training (PET) team to ensure the front office staff adheres to the Company?s PET standards and work with Facility Directors to formulate a plan to improve the Company?s PET standards as necessary
Monitor front office IT issues and interface with Synergy as necessary
Perform other diverse duties as requested or required
Strong communication skills
Ability to travel extensively
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Work, Excel, etc.)
Familiarity with Rehabilitation Tool Kit and Therapy Source
