Director of Global Product Management AtTask

This senior-level leadership role will be directly responsible for the global product management team (US & off-shore Armenia teams), along with being actively engaged with the UX team, and development teams who are working together towards building the best product to meet the market opportunity and demand.

Product Team Leadership- Product management acumen, strategic-thinking, business management expertise, leadership and development of a high performance team, skilled in understanding the market, ability to plan and articulate a vision, global experience, technology business development, agile team leadership, and other concepts are critical to success. Additionally:

You must know product management methodologies inside and out from learning and experience
You need to have experience leading a product management organization following agile processes
You must have a solid understanding of world-class interaction design and usability and their role in product
You need to know how to appropriately research and analyze everything from opportunity to user engagement
You must be able to build strategies, tactics, prioritization models, and go-to-markets based on insight
You need to have a track record of working with and gaining the respect and trust of the engineering leadership
You must have experience building and running enterprise SaaS software and understand the success factors

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor?s degree; MBA is a plus
Minimum 10 years of product experience (more or less) with at least a couple in the SaaS software space
Ability to travel
