Director of Global Professional Services Courion
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED To continue building upon our lead in the IAM market, we are seeking a Director of Professional Services. The Director of Professional Services will report to the Vice President of Global Professional Services, and lead a team of approximately 10-15 full-time employees and contractors located in the US, UK and India. This role will lead and grow all aspects of Courion?s global Professional Services team, manage a significant revenue stream for the company and build out a world class team of Identity and Access Management consultants.
The successful candidate will work closely all members of the Courion?s Services management team as well as our Product Management and Engineering teams to drive customer success.
This position requires a hard-working, ambitious and creative individual, with strong leadership skills. The ideal individual will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have experience managing and growing professional services practices for both on premise and SaaS software systems implementation.
Day to day management and mentoring of the Professional Services team ? includes the management of practice managers and team leads.
Drive the continued build out and execution of Courion?s proprietary implementation methodology.
Follow up on all technical project work. Insuring implementation standards and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Direct P&L management of the global Professional Services organization - building the annual budget, quarterly forecasting, weekly P&L reporting. Responsible for the delivery of revenue and profit targets.
Project resource management ? strategizing, planning and prioritizing the allocation of the entire global Professional Services staff across all projects underway and in the pipeline.
Effectively hire, develop and retain a talented team of high performing individuals across the globe.
Organize and provide the team?s input of their experiences implementing Courion?s products and emerging customer needs to Product Management and Engineering.
Be a key leader in the overall management of Courion?s Services organization and the company.
Up to 30% travel for customer meetings and to Courion?s global offices.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, Masters preferred.
Significant experience in leading and managing large global technical professional services teams through persuasion and influence, as well as through authority in dynamic, high growth environments.
Experience leading enterprise software implementation teams for both on premise and SaaS delivery models.
Strong domain knowledge in IT security and risk management, ideally in identity and access management and access risk management.
Hands on P&L experience and a track record of establishing and meeting financial goals for a professional services organization with $15mil or more in annual revenue.
A history of customer facing success and strong customer relationship and management skills.
A balance of operational, financial and strategic management skills.
The ability to perform at a strategic level and drive tactical results.
A track record of attracting, developing and retaining high performance individuals and building high performance teams.
An analytical, clear thinker who can prioritize critical issues and focus efforts and resources accordingly.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment within a rapidly growing company.
8+ years professional services within a software firm. Minimally 3 years hands on technical implementation experience and 5 years management experience.
