Director of Human Resources Intematix
Location: Intematix Corporate Headquarters, Fremont, Ca
Directs the planning, development, implementation, administration, and budgeting of all
human resource functions. Advises company management in personnel policy and
program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions as consistent with
strategic direction. Partner with the executive leadership team in building an
organization committed to performance and integrity, and ensuring that the business is
structured and equipped to support an ongoing aggressive growth path. Develop the
HR strategy for the business, identify and drive best practices across the
organization. Also responsible for driving strong employee relations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Develop and execute human resources strategic initiatives.
? Lead programs and implements HR strategies to promote the company culture
throughout the organization and achieve organizational goals and objectives.
? Work effectively with management to align company needs and employee needs.
? Manage global workforce with employees located throughout the world.
? Promote strong employee relations across the company.
? Create and drive a talent management program focused on recruiting,
developing and retaining a high performance team across the company.
? Establish strong processes within the HR group to ensure both proactivity and
responsiveness to the needs of the business.
? Identify and incorporate HR best practices.
? Manage the human resources department to address the needs of a growing
? Focus on the strategy, implementation and communication of business solutions
that enhance organizational effectiveness and develop strong partnerships with
? Manage the creation, enhancement and enforcement of HR policies, including
compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements.
? Develop, train and provide leadership for a highly professional and business
focused HR staff.
? Establish metrics to gauge team performance.
? Possess superior HR management acumen with an undergraduate degree,
ideally SHRM certification and, preferably, a master?s degree.
? Have ten or more years of HR management experience over a broad range of
human resources subject areas, including organizational development,
compensation, recruiting and employee relations.
? Demonstrated skill at working effectively as a member and leader of diverse
? Have strong knowledge of policies and procedures including employment,
performance management, employee relations, and compliance with all
applicable federal, state, and local laws. International exposure and/or
experience is a plus.
? Have demonstrated the ability to provide HR solutions that align with and support
? Have strong business skills and financial acumen.
? Possess strong leadership and communication skills marked by an ability to
articulate ideas and delegate appropriately.
? Ability to efficiently complete individual tasks as well as manage the human
resources department across a wide geography.
