Incapsula Inc., a Cloud-Based website security and acceleration service is looking for an intelligent and highly driven sales leader to join the Global Sales Team, located at our office in Redwood Shores, CA.
Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Director of Inside and Channel Sales will be responsible for leading a team of Inside and Channel Sales Reps in meeting new business quota attainment. The Director of Sales is expected to conduct daily and weekly one-on-one and team-wide reviews, training sessions and meetings to ensure ongoing improvement, best practices sharing and execution of sales plans.
Recruit, train, manage and motivate Inside Direct and Channel Sales reps
Assist sales reps in quoting, negotiating and closing deals and guide them through the complexities of the customers? buying cycles
Build and lead channel sales professionals in executing plans to penetrate designated partners base within their assigned territories
Providing timely and accurate business forecasts to sales and executive management
Serve as senior business executive in sales calls and partners meetings
Participate and lead the team in conferences and tradeshows
3-5+ years of demonstrated exceptional success in managing sales teams
Proven experience in selling security, networking or SaaS solutions into the mid-market through business partners and channels.
Demonstrated success in improving process oriented workflows
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a sales team
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and changing startup environment
