Manage a grow a stellar sales team
Coach, train and motivate the sales reps
Define, drive and overachieve performance metrics
Work with marketing to develop superior sales materials

Personality and charisma to lead and drive people to success and personal fulfillment
Self-driven, energetic, ambitious and result oriented
Significant experience and demonstrated success in managing sales teams
Proven track record of working in a fast paced, changing environment
Powerful work ethic
Data-driven and process oriented - basing decisions on data and facts
Great communication skills
