For this position, we are looking for the right person who?s managed inside sales groups selling SaaS software into mid-market and high-growth companies. Experience with selling technology to sales and marketing teams would be helpful.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Build, manage, and lead a high-performing Inside Sales team comprised of sales representatives, sales development staff and account managers
Design, implement and measure sales plans, including regular forecast reporting
Administer and oversee commission and incentive plan
Expertly use Salesforce.com to manage team?s leads, prospects and opportunities
Create sales scripts and selling frameworks that harness team member?s knowledge, skills and abilities
Coordinate with marketing team to ensure high volume of leads are supplied and followed-up on quickly and effectively; continually improve conversion ratios
Refine team/individual metrics, establish meeting rhythms and report on team?s performance to VP of Revenue Generation and senior management
Align your team with KnowledgeTree?s business plan, and quarterly objectives
2+ years managing a high performing inside sales team of 10 or more
5+years working as an individual contributor in inside or outside sales
2+years working with Salesforce.com with administration rights
Competence working with Sales P&Ls
Start-up and/or high growth experience
Passion, a winning attitude and a desire to learn every day
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Experience selling software products into the mid-market
Verifiable track record exceeding sales quotas
