We are currently recruiting for a Director of Integrated Marketing Campaigns who is a team player and

Develop and manage marketing activities for existing and future defined markets. Create and execute
a comprehensive, integrate campaign for lead generation, both inbound and outbound, and drive and
influence marketing and communications efforts. Drive awareness, lead generation and customer
engagement across all products and services.
? Understand buyer personas, market trends, and expected revenue flow by region.
? Develop and implement integrated go-to-market plans and tactics, including direction for creative,
web, AR/PR, events, collateral, partner marketing efforts, and internal communications.
o Generate leads through a varied mix of marketing efforts, developed for specific market
needs and maturity.
o Communicate the value proposition of the products to the end users and the sales team.
o Coordinate tradeshow/event planning and execution.
o Lead or support other marketing communications and marketing activities that align with
? Define and execute marketing communications.
o Website, email, event and social messages driving content consumption and engagement.
o Develop, implement and report on measurement criteria.
? Forecast and manage budget associated with campaign marketing activities.
? Forecast and drive to campaign success measures by program and channel.
? Create and execute holistic, results-oriented marketing campaigns.
? Work effectively with marketing automation and CRM systems to identify and target segments by

Work Experience and Education:
Requires a Bachelor?s Degree with 5+ years? experience in high-technology marketing. Proven lead
generation, engagement, and management experience. Up-to-date understanding of inbound and
outbound marketing channels and methods. Measurable success with lead generation across internal
and third-party channels. Marketing automation and CRM systems knowledge.
