Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, the candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of interoperability and integration for our existing and future products.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Manage expectations, set realistic goals and achieve them.
2. Take a hands-on approach to managing the Integration Team, including:
--Architecture, Design and Engineering of our Integration Platforms
--Operations, including prioritization of maintenance/support and break/fix requests, incident management and ability to trouble shoot client environmental issues
--Implementations of Client orders. This includes estimating and prioritization of the revenue generating integrations with our Clients and third parties. The scope is both B2B (HIE/ACOs, Payers, clearinghouses, etc.), and A2A (device integration, module integration, etc.).
--Project Management of your resources, including estimating, resource/project planning and providing regular updates to stakeholders and Clients
3. Ensure that documentation for Integration systems is complete and current.
4. Work closely with the Product Management, Sales, Client Services, and Infrastructure teams on the Roadmap for Interoperability initiatives.
5. Key Outcomes for this role are:
--High rate of customer satisfaction with implementations.
--Streamlined deployment of our integration software, including up to date versions of the EOM software.
--Strong quality and health of our operational support processes.
--Low rate of incidents and problems with integration requirements, design and development processes.
--Manage an implementation plan that meets stakeholder expectations for both quality and timeliness of delivery.
--Effectively communicate with business area leaders and Clients.
--Effectively assimilate new technologies.
--Technologies that are compliant with HiTech, NIST and other industry data security standards.
--BS in computer science or related degree with 10+ years in a software development environment
--Proven ability to build teams with a positive can do attitude
--Strong experience and understanding of the Microsoft environment (SQL, .Net, VB6, COM+, etc.)
--Practical experience with SOA, Web Services and in-depth knowledge of OOD principles
--Effective interpersonal skills (presentation, written and oral) and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of staff levels
--Experience in healthcare is mandatory, including familiarity with HIE, HL7, EHR, and X12 standards
--Strong project management and leadership skills
--Some minimal travel will be required.
