| Description: | We are currently seeking an experienced IT executive to join our fast growing and fast paced organization. This individual will be directly involved in managing integration activities and compliance. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage several medium to large scale acquisition integration projects Participate in the M&A due diligence process to identify integration needs and create integration plans for each acquisition Define, track and communicate appropriate performance measurements to project team and stakeholders Work with functional area managers to align resources to integration plans Develop communication and training plans to support the integration effort Ensures scope, timelines, budget, and resources are accurately identified, tracked, and reported throughout each acquisition project Communicate project priority and set project task priority for the project team Prepare appropriate documentation to close out integration projects and facilitate effective hand offs This is not an all-inclusive list of the duties required of this position EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: Four year degree or comparable experience Five years experience managing merger / acquisition related initiatives across multiple departments (ex. HR, Finance, IT, etc) Five years experience in technology field Experience integrating systems and processes as a result of business mergers and/or acqusitions. Experienced with MS Project or equivalent Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite Solid knowledge of project management discipline, project management tools and analysis Experience with process improvement methodologies (ex.
