Outbrain is hiring an experienced IT Director ready to contribute to development of solutions and workflows that facilitate our rapidly growing business operations. This position entails collaboration with the Israel-based Senior Vice President of Operations and IT and requires the successful candidate to work closely with business, sales, and account management and finance teams to evaluate their needs.Qualifications
Proven business and analytical leadership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Project management experience
Strong background in working with Open Source tools
Ability to work with various hardware platforms (Mac, Windows, Linux)
Track record of successfully managing remote employees
Experience building IT infrastructure and policy in heterogeneous environments
Responsibilities
Meet technical needs of close to 100 employees across 8 offices
Come up with unique solutions for our specific environment
Manage a team of geographically dispersed IT Engineers working in remote offices
Coordinate support for employees working remotely
