As the Director of IT, you will be the department head managing IT infrastructure and systems for all Stion locations. IT systems include Oracle ERP, Eyelit MES, Sharepoint, BI solutions, Automation between ERP and MES and Automation between MES and SCADA.Essential Job Functions
Develops the strategy for the right IT solutions to meet the needs of the different business units
Plans and implements additions and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure and systems to meet business needs
Oversees all IT-related expenses to stay within budget
Exercises staff oversight to ensure new operations plans, policies, procedures, and transition/migration plans are consistent with the overall company goals and objectives
Communicates effectively with internal clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies
Continually defines ways to increase internal client satisfaction and deepen client relationships
Provides senior level resolution to internal client issues
Supports and solicits input from team members at all levels within the organization
Requirements
5 -10+ years as a hands-on IT Director of a dynamic IT group for small to medium size company. Previous solar experience desirable;
MES/ERP hands on experience implementing SAP, Oracle, Eyelet, Camstar or similar systems;
Experience with factory automation and process equipment-database integration; and
SQL, programming experience preferred
BS/Masters degree ? Information Technology or Computer Science
