Director of Lead Generation Clarabridge
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Position Overview: Clarabridge is seeking a Director of Lead Generation to join our rapidly growing Marketing team. This position shall have responsibility for determining the strategy and overseeing the execution of all worldwide online and email lead generation related activities including the logistics, coordination, and project management of all online advertising, campaigns, blogs, content management, SEO, collateral and website updates.
The position will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and Sales Operations Team to execute the lead generation strategy including advertising, SEO and Pay-Per-Click, overall content calendar as well as work with outside vendors for list purchases and testing various lead generation channels by persona, by region. He/she will work with his/her team on the creation and development of the overall marketing strategy for lead generation. The position will also be responsible for all lead generation internal communication including reports, videos and trainings.
Develop and oversee the execution of the lead generation strategy to support the overall organizational objectives
Manage the Lead Generation Team and all day to day related activities
Manage the overall marketing content calendar tracking all campaigns, content, blogs, webinars, whitepapers by region, language, persona, etc.
Oversee the writing and quality of all campaigns, blogs, advertisements, etc.
Oversee the tracking and reports on email campaigns and website traffic supporting the Worldwide Sales and Marketing Teams to ensure full transparency and open communication
Report out lead gen stats to other groups within Marketing such as Product Marketing and Events on what?s working and suggested changes to support improvements across the team
Promote cross-departmental alignment and full transparency through weekly and monthly reports to senior management and sales team
Assist in all aspects of execution as needed
Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing or Communications
10 years+ marketing experience in fast-paced, high growth organization
Experience in designing and executing lead generation strategies
Experience in managing a team
Ability to be creative, and think outside the box
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, but also independently with minimal direct supervision
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Experience in Marketo, Eloqua, or HubSpot and SEO/PPC campaigns
Experience in Salesforce.com a plus
