We are hiring a Director of Leader Resources who will collaborate with our leaders to discover and design people-focused solutions that will not only serve our company goals but also support our employees in living happy, productive lives at Infusionsoft.
In this role, you'll lead the charge in discovering and designing an HR solution that aligns with Infusionsoft?s Vision and that scales for the future. Being that we have major growth ahead of us, we are looking for someone incredibly strategic, with a focus on business partnership, to make this happen. As our Director or Leader Resources, you'll report to the VP of People and will work in partnership with our executives, legal counsel, Director of Total Rewards, leaders, as well as with all Infusionites to create a truly innovative HR model made just for Infusionsoft.

Designing, creating, and executing upon an HR solution
Supporting leaders with caring for their people around basic needs (benefits, workers comp, payroll, PTO, leave)
Maintaining the Infusionsoft Trail Guide, our employee handbook
Diversity In Action, a group focused on diversity at the company
Implementing an HRIS
What You'll Need to Have...
Extensive experience in a strategic business partnership role
Solid experience in leading a People/HR Team
Ideally, What You Possess...
A graduate degree- MBA, MSHR, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field
Experience implementing an HRIS
Strong leadership in change management
