Job Requirements:
Leading the Learning Services team at Acquia means assuming responsibility for:
Managing the training business
Management and growth of the Acquia Learning Services P&L
Development of new training offerings and packages
Collaboration with Sales and Professional Services in the positioning and sale of training services offerings
Develop training partner depth and productivity in key markets
Development of Acquia?s online training environments and offerings
Development of an Enterprise Certification Program
Training Partner Enablement
Manage and grow a global network of 50+ training delivery partners
Basic Qualifications:
Passion for building teams, for the web, and for helping us build a hot and growing start-up
A history of managing external relationships
Proven experience with training delivery and assessment
Strong problem solving abilities, intelligence, initiative, and the ability to thrive under pressure
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
