Director of Managed Services Liaison Technologies

The Director of Managed Services for Liaison Technologies will report to the Vice President of Managed Services and will serve a leadership role in the Seattle operation. As such, this position demands a proven record of expert business and delivery leadership. The Director must provide management over the delivery of data integration and data management Managed Services to Liaison customers. The primary objective of the Director is to maximize the utilization of the services staff. A key to the Directors success will be his/her ability to work as part of a high-performing team, establish excellent peer relationships, meet financial objectives, identify and, implement policies and procedures in a way that is both broadly understood and easily actionable.
Responsibilities
Ensures and manages overall delivery and excellence through on-going evolution of delivery methodology, driving team readiness, defining on-going staff development schedules and implementing proper audits/accountability.
Develops and delivers continuous improvement initiatives for implementation resulting in improved efficiencies and scalability in the way we provide services.
Plans and emphasizes quality and consistency in the delivery of services and programs.
Plans and creates short and long-term goals to focus on productivity improvement.
Ensures the delivery of reporting necessary for day-to-day operations of the team.
Manages a team of program managers (local and remote) to support the day-to-day operations of the services organization and overall delivery of the contracting engagements.
Create processes to ensure high standards of performance.
Work cross departmentally throughout Liaison to properly integrate and promote corporate capabilities for maximum business and operational success.
Represents Liaison at conferences, client meeting and other public forums.
Drives operational and delivery consistency across multiple contracts and customers.
Occasional travel (25%)
Requirements
Bachelor?s degree in one of the following areas: Business, Economics, Marketing, or Technology related discipline required.
8+ years of professional experience.
5 years of people management experience at the corporate level or large multi-disciplinary program (30 FTE) level.
Ability to interface with C-Level executives and owners.
Demonstrated skills with project management tools and methodologies, software development lifecycle, and problem solving.
Keeps the customer and corporate management informed of project status on a regular basis; Anticipates and resolves cost and schedule problems.
Ability to prioritize and delegate in a resource constrained environment and re-prioritize resources rapidly.
Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Must thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
Meaningful network among the technology and enterprise software community and / or the ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with a large and diverse client and partner base.
