DIRECTOR OF MARKETING HealthyBack Store
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, launching, maintaining and monitoring short and long-term strategic marketing programs and initiatives that boost brand image and increase sales in stores and online. You will also participate in company strategic discussions and be an integral driver of the company's growth.
Implement marketing strategies and initiatives to drive traffic, conversion, revenue and profitability both in stores and online.
Work closely with the CEO, Director of E-Commerce, and Director of Merchandising to develop marketing strategies and ensure brand consistency across channels.
Manage the company's media and advertising campaigns.
Partner with the in-house creative team to manage brand and image, develop advertising concepts, and produce ad copy and materials.
Identify changes in the marketing environment or competitive strategies and evaluate or adjust the organization's marketing plan and philosophy accordingly.
Work with the product team to develop and execute category marketing plans and new product introductions.
This position requires a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar position.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
Previous relevant experience in a "click & mortar" environment preferred.
Candidates must be able to interact with and lead members of the organization in a cross functional team setting.
